With a company name like Airbnb, it’s no wonder the renowned travel company has decided to soar to new heights by launching a flight booking service.  Just like its competitors Priceline and Expedia, the website will focus on discovering travel deals for travelers.

On November 16, AirBnB executives announced their next expansion: Trips. Community-immersed, trips will give travelers far more to look for when they’re traveling, such as host-guided events, experiences, restaurant reservations and services. Along with this, it will provide an overview of the local services including price comparisons, travel time based on their location and expected weather conditions throughout the day.

With the addition of Trips and Flights, AirBnB will become a one-stop shop for travelers, where they can book their flights, hotels and activities.
