While we did a brief rundown a little while ago, there was so much going on at the New York (capsule) show that we weren’t able to fit everything in to just one post. For starters, in addition to some impressive traditional menswear and jeans design, we also saw some exciting new developments on the men’s shoe front .

While we were unable to catch them in Paris, this week’s New York (Capsule) show proved that good things do come to those who wait. The event, which expanded this year to include a neighborhood wide celebration, pop-up gallery, and furniture by Design Within Reach, was definitely  not to be missed. Held in the  elegant Angel Orensanz center, the two-day trade show featured  the creme of the crop in up-and-coming brands from around the world, with cutting-edge indie menswear designers from France, Denmark, England, and  New York in attendance.
