With Collaboration as its motto, the Good Ideas Salon São Paulo was the first to happen in South America.

PSFK caught up with Danny Choo at our recent Good Ideas in Pure Living event in Tokyo.

In this video, Francois Bancon, Nissan’s General Manager, Marketing and Communication Group, Global Zero Emission Business Unit, took a few minutes to chat with the audience about Nissan’s vision for a zero-emission future.

We will be publishing video from the Good Ideas Salon and also one-one-one interviews with the panelists throughout next week. Next week, PSFK will be hosting Good Ideas Salon, Brooklyn. We’ll be enjoying local fare, and featuring a panel of guest speakers discussing small batch culture and local entrepreneurship.

The Mandalah team down in Sao Paulo has created some interesting handmade tickets for next week’s Good Ideas in Collaboration Salon.

On November 5th, PSFK and 22squared will host a Good Ideas Salon in Tampa Bay exploring explore perspectives on engaging brand advocates for insight, story telling, relevancy and fan hood.

Over the summer Vancouver hosted its sophomore edition of the Good Ideas Salon. The topic: Good Ideas in Storytelling featured a diverse and talented panel.

We’re hosting a Good Ideas Salon on October 1st with special guest Jan Chipchase, and due to a fortunate location change, additional tickets are now available.

Good Ideas Salons are small events held to spread ideas. Normally held around a theme the talks are videoed and added to our website so that people can view and share discussions around the world. PSFK has now held over 10 events and our friends are beginning to run these Salons in their cities.
We’d like for our readers to host a Good Ideas Salon in their city to bring together likeminded communities and share ideas that inspire much needed positivity.

In March, PSFK gave the reigns of its Good Ideas Salon to Brett McFarlane and Matt Nelson over at DDB Canada in Vancouver.  Brett and Matt hosted a great event focusing on good ideas in media, with expert panelists Rob Newell, Director of Planning at DDB Canada, Steve Pratt, Director CBC Radio 3, and Grace Carter, Media Specialist at Invoke Media.  Check out video footage from the salon:
