The piece I posted last week in reaction to Levi’s Go Forth ad campaign generated a lot of commentary. Beyond whether people agreed with my thoughts on advertising or not, the post created a heated discussion about race in advertising. Here are some of the comments made:

SoHo Loses Iconic DKNY Mural
Photographed by what must be millions of tourists, the New York mural at the entrance to SoHo on the corner of Houston Street and Broadway has been painted over. We’d assume that this was probably done at the request of Hollister – the new store leasing space in the building.
