Artwork That Ideas Can Buy
London based Wilkinson Gallery is hosting Artworks That Ideas Can Buy, a project by Italian artist Cesare Pietroiusti through July 2009.
All the artworks exhibited in the show are for sale, but the public can’t buy them with money. Instead, valuable and original ideas can be exchanged for the art.
Visitors are invited to leave comments, opinions, proposals, and suggestions related to any of the artworks in the show. Similarly to a silent auction, visitors’ ideas are collected in a transparent box in the space. It’s also possible to email ideas to ideascanbuy@wilkinsongallery.com.
At the end of the exhibition all the envelopes will [...]

And doesn’t that come from brand strategy ideas that create change in culture?
Is ‘new’ just another way of saying ‘good’?
I think we’d all agree that there’s no shortage of good creative thinking in our industry. So why is it often difficult to [...]

A Copywriter’s View of Complexity
By now I’m sure that most readers of IF! are familiar with the simplicity vs complex debate. We’ve covered it here and here. It’s a concept that has been born in the mind of Russell Davies and is at the heart of W+K London.
