One of the three exhibits is &#8220;Prana&#8221;- an inflatable dinosaur that measures and visualizes the quality of air in Huntington Beach. Every ten seconds, Prana collects new data from the cross-government agency website airnow.gov,&#0160; and changes color (utilizing an internal light) from green to red based upon the information it receives. The structure&#8217;s emphatic angles and wide planes jut out across an elevated footbridge, and house both permanent and temporary collections exploring the life and oeuvre of Herg&#0233;, most famous for his internationally beloved Tintin comics. But beyond the contents of the museum&#8217;s exhibits, Portzamparc worked to ensure that the building itself is a tribute to Herg&#0233;&#8217;s distinct style. We got the chance to spend some time at BMW World and BMW Museum. The automaker has done a fantastic job in celebrating its history in a very modern style. A black road in the museum takes you down into the building and along the way visitors stop in &#8220;white houses&#8221; to find out more about the heritage.
