Benjamin Dyett, Co-Founder of Grind, spoke at PSFK CONFERENCE 2013 about how he is working to revolutionize the workplace. Grind is a collaborative space open to creative professionals as an alternative to laboring at home or at coffee shops. Modeled after progressive workplaces which emphasize office culture, such as Google, Grind offers an open and collaborative environment for freelance workers.

As Dyett says, the need for community and collaboration in this new job economy has grown exponentially. The goal at Grind is to authentically foster integration and collaboration. The workspace offers an open and accessible platform for creative individuals to come together and make great things.
