BBC Radio 1 will soon be broadcast on the airwaves in the US after the station struck a deal with Sirius. It will be the first time US audiences will be able to hear the station on the radio rather than via the internet.

A time lag is being used so Americans can avoid shows like Chris Moyles’ early morning showand Scott Mills’ drivetime show. PSFK recommends that Americans hold out for Trevor Nelson’s and Gilles Peterson’s shows.
