Blogs aren’t even mainstream yet, at least not in Europe, but some people are taking a shot at predicting what’s to come next after blogging and podcasting. Fair enough. This includes Steve Rubel of Micropersuasion, who lists 10 trends for the next 10 years.

I particularly like "citizen marketing", where consumers organise themselves to promote or vilify products. The answer to that is intelligent marketing, where companies must harness the dynamics of customer interaction.Contributed by Iraki Rakeman
