The Fizzy Fruit Company plans to start selling carbonated apples, grapes, strawberries and pineapple to schools in the US later this year. Gas is squeezed into the fruit and then the fruit is squeezed into transparent plastic cans. Tammy  Marquez, CEO of Fizzy Fruit, says that her company’s mission is "to
promote
health, wellness, and fitness education for children,
thereby reducing childhood obesity."
