In November, Sony will launch an accessory for the PSP that will translate languages spoken into it. For the launch, they seem to have chosen the four languages spoken by the most rowdy countries on the planet – Japanese, Chinese, Korean and English – so they can all get along nicely.

The device is called a Talkman and will connect to the USB port of the PSP. When you speak into it, a little blue bird on the screen will reply with a translation.
