A couple of weeks ago we wrote about the phenomenon called Machinima – film making through the reworking of video games like Halo. A young Frenchman called Alex Chan has directed and produced what is seen as the first political film in the genre. He’s produced a 13 minute film using The Movie game platform to descibe the events that took place up to and during the recent French riots. He says:
