Someone brought in one of those self-heat coffee cans from Hillside Coffee yesterday. It's supposed to be a latte but it looked and smelled like a milky cup of Joe you'd find on from a sidewalk vendor. One guy asked, "Is it heated by chemicals in the coffee?"

Here's an article in the USA Today from over a year ago where the CEO suggested that consumers are willing to pay a premium for quality products that save time. We wonder if Starbucks has made the quality/speed argument irrelevant.
