Lexus has, since its inception, always created interesting an innovative marketing. As part of the Toyota Company it was in many ways the blueprint for the Scion programme that has been so critically acclaimed amongst marketeers.
To launch the latest Lexus LS 460 models it commissioned nARCHITECTS to create an installation in New York’s World Financial Center Plaza. Called unpacking the exhibit is made up of layers of water-jet cut glass. The glass is layered on top of a light box which illumintates the glass to create an outline of the car.
