Alongside her new season's collection, Georgina Goodman showed her first pair of couture recycled shoes, made from hundreds of stripped drinks cans. Launched as part of Estethica, the showcase for environmentally friendly designers at London Fashion Week last month that saw the launch of the new line by Katherine Hamnett, the shoes were not actually at the Natural History Museum event but were shown on a plinth in her Mayfair shop, and are due to be aunctioned off soon to raise money for the NSPCC.
