Next, the UK high-street retailer/ catalogue company has upped its fashion credentials by launching an online fashion show as part of it's website revamp. The Next online catwalk review envites customers to ‘experience the thrill of shopping from the latest autumn collection hot off the runway'.

There are currently four catwalk collections to view- High Gloss; Parisian Chic; Highland Retreat; and Snow Bunny, together summarising the company's seasonal trends. Each outfit is shown walking down the runway alongside a still shot with impressive moveable zoom features, a line-up of the collection, and the option to click and directly buy any of the products on view. A simple idea brilliantly executed, this is the best version of high-street online retailing I've seen, offering a chance to really watch how the clothes move and giving the most information possible without actually touching the item. Plus, some of the pieces are surprisingly good- if you can see past the hideous styling!
