Coolhunting has a report from their visit to Valley, the retail space in the Lower East Side that aims to create a ‘one-stop shopping experience' for women. Offering not only a great choice of young designers and more established fashion labels, the store also incorporates a nail and waxing salon and a cafe.

Not a particularly new idea (202 in London's Westbourne Grove has been serving meals around the Nicole Farhi clothing rails for years) but one that is gaining momentum as retailers up their game to get people off the internet and into the stores. Valley looks like a pretty good offering, i'd be interested to hear anyone's personal experience?
