Hitachi has developed new RFID chips that are 0.05 x 0.05 mm square and will be on the market in two to three times. These chips will work like other RFID chips which can be tracked as they pass sensors. These chips will have a 128-bit ROM for storing a unique 38-digit ID number. They’re so small they can be hidden in a piece of paper or they could be sprinkled over you and you’d never know…
