We’re not too sure how long this return “to form” has been going on for, but the news articles have become so frequent that you can’t help wondering what’s fuelling the rise of soccer hooliganism in Europe. Most recently Manchester United and Spurs fans have been involved in “ugly scenes” on their trips to Rome and Seville last week. Recent BBC Articles:
