Almost all of the ingredients are sourced from small farms or local business, and any global vendors must meet Fair Trade quotas or adhere to a socially conscious philanthropy. To further the food stands commitment to supporting their local environment, a certain percentage of their profits are going back to the Battery Conservancy Gardens that surround their stand.
