Our trip to WIRED NextFest a few weeks back revived our interest in their WIRED LivingHome project, a joint effort by Wired Magazine and LivingHome to create the ultimate “green house” – an environmentally-friendly home featuring the most advance efficiency-promoting technology and design. Located in Brentwood, CA, the $4 million house reflects the collaborative vision of the magazine and the prefab home supplier, along with the architectural inspiration of Ray Kappe. The house will be open to the public Saturday, October 27th until Sunday, November 11th. And don’t forget to check out the BMW Hydrogen 7 parked in the garage.
