If you can sit through Charlie's dodgy questions (and the fact he tries to speak-all-street-like) it was interesting to hear Jay speak about Chasing History and the entrepreneurial spirit it represents (31m00s):

Jay-Z: We're chasing history because at the end of the day, right, you do things to improve your situation, then you start making money, then you make money, then you get so far you don't need the money. Then you do two things – you either give up and retire on an island somewhere, or you chase history…”
