nat. is a new bio fine dining restaurant that has recently opened its doors in Hamburg. Their bright interior points out that the times when bio food mostly came in surroundings refusing style and design are long gone.

Their menu changes four times a year, depending on the season and 50% of their food is sourced regionally. nat. aims to serve people who only have a little time but still want to eat healthy fresh food.

They also offer some meals to take-away – excluding those they don’t think are suitable.
