Windoni Cleans Windows – Like Spiderman

We like this small, but clever daily life solution: the Winboni, a palm-sized robot that cleans hard-to-reach outdoor window panes so we (or our brave 11th floor window washers) don’t have to. The battery-powered gizmo, developed by Michigan State University engineering students, auto-ambulates on the surface of the glass while simultaneously scrubbing. The Winboni manages to resist the force of gravity with the help of a fan, which keeps it stuck to the pane, even on vertical (and overhanging) surfaces. Watch the video below for a demo.
