Curbly points us to the ingenious Miesrolo Chair, designed by Uros Vitas. It's made out of a series of wood slats that are attached to a synthetic elastomer. It's all put together in such a way that the cantilevered chair supports the weight of an adult sitting on it, but can also be rolled up into a compact shape for storage.
