Ceri Levy follows up on his 1994 documentary Starshaped that covered the rise of Blur with a movie of Damon Albarn's cartoon band Gorillaz. Levy followed the band over seven years watching them record, play and engage with their cartoon alter-egos. Babelgum is playing the film on its site for a month and if you have the spare hour and a half this evening it's worth a watch to get an insight into one of the more imaginative and adventurous bands of the 00s.
