The Whisk and Ladle
The Whisk and Ladle is a pillar of Brooklyn’s underground dining movement and a testament to the borough’s appreciation of good food. Located in a spacious bi-level loft apartment near the water in Williamsburg, a changing roster of three chefs and a bartender converge on most Saturday nights to transform the space into a covert supper club. A typical menu includes original artisanal cocktails, a painstakingly prepared five course meal and unlimited paired wines, all for $25.Dining and socializing for those lucky enough to be admitted off the long reservation list is done around large, communal tables.

Whisk And Ladle is featured in our latest book PSFK Snapshot Brooklyn. From the more obscure corners of the borough to just off the G train, we’ve gathered over 40 of the most inspiring shops, restaurants, galleries, venues, movements and happenings from around the diverse neighborhoods of Brooklyn, New York.PSFK Snapshot Brooklyn is available on
