Although the video option is already on the iPhone 3GS, the company has started to sell iPod Nanos music players that also shoot video and a sync with iPhoto on your computer allows easy upload to YouTube and other video sharing services.

The Nano also has an inbuilt pedometer for applications like Nike+ and a FM radio. At prices starting at $149, these devices are sure to challenge category leaders like Flip.
