We've been particularly impressed by the efforts of the newly-opened Xindanwei (新单位) in downtown Shanghai, who joins a few other shared workspaces sprinkled throughout the city.

We’ve been particularly impressed by the efforts of the newly-opened Xindanwei (新单位) in downtown Shanghai, who joins a few other shared workspaces sprinkled throughout the city. Occupying a refurbished warehouse, Xindanwei is targeting the freelance and start-up community of local Chinese and foreigners in Shanghai. Along with the standard comforts of a shared workspace, Xindanwei also organizes innovative talks and events for the Shanghai community at large.
