Based on a foundation of fresh produce, international culinary techniques and solid nutritional value, Food Secret is trying to position itself as London’s health conscious take-away of choice.

Mark Twain once wrote that “the only way to keep your health is to eat what you don’t want, drink what you don’t like, and do what you’d rather not”. Sometimes it’s hard not to agree with Mr Twain, given some peoples overbearing sanctimony against all things non-micro-biotic.

However, in Food Secret, the brain-child of Sergio Mottola, there may be an answer. Based on a foundation of fresh produce, international culinary techniques and solid nutritional value, Food Secret is trying to position itself as London’s health conscious take-away restaurant of choice. The menu is kept in a state of continual flux, whilst tailor made options put the customer in charge of their own ingredients and meals, offering the chance of bespoke, healthy fast food.
