Giffgaff is a new type of mobile company. Rather than enticing consumers with a never ending cycle of new phones, it provides customers with a GiffGaff SIM card they can use on any unlocked phone. It’s a pay-as-you-go system. Calls and text messages to other Giffgaff users are free, and at a specific rate for non Giffgaff users.
