Peep explores Ferran Adrià’s latest book: Food for Thought.

As a recently self-discovered “supertaster,” and avid Top Chef fan, I am particularly excited about the summer release of Ferran Adrià’s latest book: Food for Thought. Thought for Food. Adrià is a globally renowned Spanish chef and gastronomy innovator, whose restaurant elBulli has been awarded “The Best Restaurant in the World” title five times by The Restaurant Magazine. In his newest book, he has collaborated with pop-artist Richard Hamilton and Tate Modern London Director Vicente Todolí to explore the intersection of the culinary and art worlds.
