Capsule Women’s Show
PSFK recently visited the first ever Capsule women's show, which featured a pronounced Nordic influence.
If you happen to be on the Lower East Side of New York City today, be sure to check out Capsule’s first ever women’s show at the Angel Orensanz Center on Norfolk street. PSFK stopped by yesterday to check out some of the offerings and were pleasantly surprised to see Scandinavian designers still out in full force, including Henrik Vibskov, Stine Goya, Fifth Avenue Shoe Repair, and Design House Stockholm. Though the Nordic influence is definitely felt, it’s been Berlin based Boessert/Schorn which has stolen most of the spotlight with its interesting take on form and fabric, as well as bold patterns.
