On Wednesday night, Razorfish hosted “Reinvention from the Ground Up” as part of New York Social Media Week.  The panel sought to discuss how social media and social influence marketing is forcing marketers to redefine traditional advertiser/publisher relationships in order to engage their customers and deliver on brand promise.   In actuality, the panel of participants discussed a number of topics – from regulation needed to protect consumers, to metrics that will capture the impact of social media activity on a brand, to – the term du jour – engagement.
