Bing Uses Foursquare Data To Enhance Its Maps
Bing and Foursquare have teamed up to provide its users reviews on Bing maps
Search engine Bing has announced that it will be integrating data from Foursquare, the popular location based social network, into its Maps.
If a user is browsing a locale, Bing Maps will pull in quick tips on the venue from Foursquare based on the reviews from members. A user will also be able to see who has unlocked specific badges (though, data about who is currently checked-in isn’t included) and some additional information about certain locations.
