However, online art guides New York and Tokyo Artbeat have provided art lovers with a wealth of art happenings and reviews over the last several years. To further the point that you can ditch your print gallery guide, they have created a useful iphone application that makes checking out your favorite show a simple task. The initial launch provides geo-targeting with nearby search, event listings by media and a most popular section with the highest trafficked events listed.
