Inspired by the Shelter-in-a-cart competition, inventor Paul Elkins created his own deluxe interpretation of the concept.

Elkins' version features a sink, one burner stove, basic toilet, sleep-work area and decent storage capacity. The shelter is water tight, insulated and also incorporates a water collection and filtration system.
