Japanese design firm know for creating unique retail shops offers a custom collection of unique furniture.

Known more for their bespoke design of retail shops, Japanese design firm Ogata have expanded to offer custom furniture for sale. Each piece is handmade and well, very unique. The Button Bench has a twisted iron base and a collection of large scale buttons for the seat. Each are made from combinations of wood, leather, urethane, and brass.

The ironically named Soft Sofa features a seat carved from oak to look like tufted leather.

Oddest of all though is the Ogata take on Sori Yanagi's Butterfly Stool. It looks like a hastily formed stool from cardboard and packing tape. But actually everything you see is leather.
