Jupiter’s Motoshare is a motorcycle-sharing service launched in Los Angeles that has recently spread to Brooklyn. The subscription-based service allows riders to purchase a specified number of days of access to motorcycles within 6-month seasons, in tiers ranging from 18 days of access to 72. Like other emerging product-sharing services, Jupiter’s removes the burden of insurance, maintenance and storage that come along with ownership, and connects members to an instant community of other riders.
