Fraunhofer IZM is close to developing two technologies that could help make medical diagnosis much easier.

The German research organization has announced that they are working on a chip that can detect deep vein thrombosis using only a single drop of blood, as well as a compact wristband that measures temperature, skin moisture and more.

It’s reported that these sensors can be cheaply printed in reels and sheets, making them disposable and accessible for everyday consumer use.
