TechCrunch is letting its readers decide the fate of a hacker who defaced their site.

The TechCrunch website was hacked and defaced back in January of this year.

With the help of Ireland’s national police force and the U.S. Secret Service, they have now discovered the hacker, and are deciding how to proceed.
