Even at PSFK we can get distracted by out-of-our-reach shiny powerboats from time to time, so it’s nice to see an alternative from French artist Xavier Veilhan. Veilhan designed this monochrome boat as a work of art that can travel at 40 knots. The RAL 5015 was built by the Frauscher shipyard in Austria where speed boats have been built since 1927. The boat is named after the code for sky blue in the RAL color coding system.
