The cafe by Michelin star awarded Tom Aikens in the fine setting of Somerset House in London sure looks on trend – fresh local foods, potato-based biodegradable spoons, paper coffee cups, napkins made of recycled paper – but try to find the recycling bin for the water bottles they sell you. There are none! Leaves you feeling that you were a little cheated by the whole ‘good food’ experience.
