UNICEF and other organizations can only send so many healthcare workers into areas with need. To aid them with spreading general, health-related knowledge we created “HealthPal.” This is a platform where qualified health-professionals and people from developing countries who have medical questions can meet online. Since not every volunteer who likes to help can actually travel to the places where they would be needed, “HealthPal” brings them there via Skype-video chat. On the website, a simple click on a volunteer’s profile starts the conversation with any available helper world wide to leave no question unanswered.
