In Brief
Japan's NTT Corporation adds a new twist to video meetings.
NTT Corporation advances information and communication technology with a recent invention that enables users in distant locations to collaborate remotely in a new way.
The t-Room is essentially a room which has screens instead of walls; all conferences are powered by NTT’s own network. Multiple people interact with each other in life-size via shared screens. Rather than screens functioning in an isolated manner, they are connected to each other, enabling a smoother technology wherein virtual and real objects can be interacted with.
