Bicycle Butlers Use Charm To Correct Owners Of Illegally Parked Bikes

Denmark's capital is using an offensive of kindness to make bike owners park their vehicles in appropriate places.

As part of its strategy to be the World’s Best Bicycle City, the city of Copenhagen has introduced an innovative campaign to make its cyclists use bike racks and not park their bikes illegally. ‘Bicycle Butlers’, as the people behind this friendly campaign are called, find wrongly parked bikes, give them a free service of oil and air and move them to the bike racks, leaving behind humorous messages to remind owners to use the racks in future.
