BoilBuoy is a new product from the crowdsourced product design site Quirky which aims to save you multiple trips to the kitchen to check if the water you had put on the stove has boiled yet. Simply put it in the pot of water and wait for its ringing chime to indicate that the water has started boiling.  BoilBuoy comes in the form of a purple-colored bell which is completely food and heat safe. It is available for $9.99 as a presale price from Quirky.
