The textile range from Klaus Haapaniemi is inspired by nature and fairytales. The patterns follow traditions of decorative arts but the artist and designer hoped to present them in a modern style. For his scarves, throws and shawls, the Finn combines fine natural materials for his luxury collection: the wool yarns have been hand dyed and loomed, the silks and linen fabrics are hand printed and the collection is completed with modern finishing.
