Design student Bashkim Isai‘s “Meet Eater” project has generated quite an interest among Facebook users with already over 4,800 fans in less than 3 months. The Meet Eater is a plant that apparently receives water and nutrients through an electronic system every time it makes a friend on Facebook or when someone writes on its wall. Of course, there is always a danger of the plant being ‘over-loved' and flooding it; on such occasions, the system will shut down for its own ‘quiet time.'
