The GE Residential WattStation system is designed to let drivers charge EVs in less time.

Fuseproject has created a residential version of their design for the GE WattStation EV charger. The home version of the WattStation will allow users to charge their vehicles in only 4-8 hours (down from 12-18), and smart grid technology will help to manage resource usage. The system is scheduled to be ready by 2011.
